Welcome to Paris

Welcome to Paris, Tennessee, home to the World's biggest Fish Fry. Paris is a progressive community of 10,000 located in northwest Tennessee's Henry County. We are about a two (2) hour drive from downtown Nashville and two and one-half (2 1/2 to three (3) hours from Memphis via I-40.

Our community enjoys a diverse economy, including serving as a regional retail center, a thriving tourism trade focusing on nearby Paris Landing State Park on Kentucky Lake, substantial agriculture activity, and an industrial base manufacturing a varied array of products.

If you visit Paris you will discover a vibrant downtown area, maintaining its traditional charm, while bustling with activity. We invite you to experience our downtown which features numerous antique stores offering a wide variety of treasurer, or plan a visit during the World's Biggest Fish Fry in April or our annual Eiffel Tower Day weekend.
In any event you will find a livable, small town atmosphere possessing many of the amenities of larger communities.
